Who we are

This website is operated by Keystone Southgate Design & Planning, a sole-trader planning and design consultancy based in Cardiff, working across Wales. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

Website terms only

These terms apply to your use of this website only. They do not govern the provision of any professional services. Any planning, design, CAD, feasibility or application-management work is provided only under a separate written engagement agreed with us.

Information, not advice

The content on this website is general information about our services and is provided for marketing and background purposes only. It is not professional town-planning advice, architectural advice, legal advice or any other form of professional advice, and you should not rely on it for any specific property or project.

Planning law, policy, local validation requirements and guidance can change. Any references to planning applications, permitted development, lawful development certificates, Local Development Plans, Planning Policy Wales or related processes reflect our general understanding at the time of publication only.

Scope of our services

We provide planning consultancy and design services only. We do not source property, find or broker deals, negotiate purchase prices, introduce buyers or sellers, or act as estate agents. Any enquiry outside this scope will be politely declined.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through this website, by email or through any other contact route does not create a contract between us. A working relationship begins only when we both agree terms of engagement in writing. We aim to respond promptly, but we do not guarantee any response time.

Any example drawings, plans, maps, feasibility material or planning-document extracts shown on this website are for portfolio or information purposes only. They must not be reused in any planning application, lawful development certificate application, statutory submission or professional report without a separate written agreement with us.
